As far as photo-journaling goes, I gifted myself a new Nikon d5100 for my trip in Spain. After taking a photography class in Italy, I can say that my eye for composition is better than it was before and I would like to think my photos have improved because of it. Some iPhone shots may sneak into my blog here and there but for the most part I'll be using the Nikon.
